Eight treatments built for the shoot grid, and fourteen from the component sets you sent, rebuilt in plain CSS so they sit on the same cell. Every specimen runs at the size a cell actually occupies at five photographs per row, on the real cell colour.
The first is what shipped this afternoon. The second is what it replaced. The third is the version you rejected, and the fourth is the evidence behind dropping from seven dots across to five.
Rebuilt from your four prompts without React, framer or lucide, and shown centred at 40px the way each one presents itself in its own demo, with the cell's own word left in the corner. Anything marked needs a timer drives itself from setInterval, which Chrome throttles to a one-minute wake budget once the Shopify tab is hidden.
